ENVIROSPRAY 300, density 55 kg/m3 is spray applied to the inside face of plasterboard. Services located within the wall cavity may be installed prior or after the application of ENVIROSPRAY 300. The sprayed insulation is mechanically screeded to obtain a flat flush finish for easy fixing of Item C. |

After adequate curing time, a final 13 mm plasterboard skin is fixed to the steel studs and set / jointed for a final finish. |

To obtain a Fire Rating Level 2 Hrs (120/120/120) use 92 mm steel studs instead of 64mm, and replace 13 mm plasterboard with 16 mm plasterboard.
