Able to accommodate 1200 people, The Kingston City Hall is a versatile venue for music and drama productions featuring sound stage facilities and the signature ruby red velvet House Curtain.
Featuring performances by the likes of guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel, a major impediment to the full exploitation of the halls potential was the excessive reverberation time caused by the hard fibrous plaster ceiling and bulkheads.
In keeping with architectural guidelines and time constraints, a cost effective solution using Envirospray 300 was implemented.
The acoustic quality improved dramatically while the installation remained discrete, as the ceiling spray blends in excellently with the existing décor
